Photography Services - We strive for client satisfaction with all photo shoots. If a client is dissatisfied with the final images, a partial refund or reshoot may be offered under the following conditions:

1. Fulfillment of Photography Services
- Scheduling & Deliverables: Upon booking, we will work with the client to schedule the photo shoot at a convenient time. After the shoot, we will edit and process the images, with final deliverables typically provided within 30 business days. Images will be delivered digitally via email, online gallery or a download link.
- Content Review & Edits: After the final images are delivered, the client has 7 business days to review the content and request minor edits (e.g., color adjustments, cropping, or basic retouching). A maximum of 2 rounds of edits are included in the original agreement. Additional edits outside of the initial scope may incur extra charges.
2. Fulfillment of Social Media & SEO Services
- Social Media Services: We provide comprehensive social media management services, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement. Content will be developed according to the client’s objectives, and posts will be scheduled on agreed-upon platforms. Clients will receive regular performance updates and reports.
- SEO Services: Our SEO services focus on improving the client’s online visibility and ranking. Deliverables may include keyword optimization, on-site adjustments, content development, and backlink strategies. Progress reports will be shared with the client on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, depending on specific client agreements, detailing efforts, results, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
3. Refund Policy
Photography Services - We strive for client satisfaction with all photo shoots. If a client is dissatisfied with the final images, a partial refund or reshoot may be offered under the following conditions:
- A refund request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the final images.
- Refunds will not be issued due to personal aesthetic preferences, unless there was a miscommunication or failure to follow the pre-shoot guidelines provided by the client.
- Reshoots or edits may be arranged to address specific concerns.
Social Media & SEO Services - Given the nature of social media management and SEO, which require ongoing work and analysis, we do not offer full refunds after the services have begun. However, if the client is unsatisfied with the progress or results, we will:
- Address concerns and adjust the strategy or approach.
- For unused services, a prorated refund will be issued based on the portion of the services already provided.
- No refunds will be provided for services completed or executed as per the original agreement, but we will work with the client to improve results going forward.
Cancellations & Termination of Services
- Photography Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled photo shoot to avoid any cancellation fees. If canceled within 7 days, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service fee will apply.
- Social Media & SEO Services: Clients may cancel social media or SEO services at any time with 30 days' written notice. For services already provided, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis. If a contract or retainer is in place, termination fees may apply.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clear Communication: Clients are responsible for providing clear communication on their goals, expectations, and any specific requests for photography or social media content. Failure to communicate detailed requirements may result in outcomes that do not meet expectations.
- Content Approval & Timely Responses: For all projects, clients must provide timely feedback on deliverables, including photography content or social media posts. Delays in feedback may impact timelines and the overall success of the project.
- Use of Content: By agreeing to work with Hyer Media, clients consent to us using any photography or content created as part of the project for promotional purposes, such as social media, portfolio display, or marketing materials. If the client prefers to keep certain content private, we must be notified in advance.
